| Bruno Lambert - Chief Executive Officer |
| Bruno Lambert joined BIP in October 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. Bruno has a sound experience in international private equity, corporate finance and management, gained in his career in the financial sector started with Banque Degroof and Citicorp in Belgium, later focused on Private equity with Eurosuez of Groupe Suez. In 1997, Bruno became Partner at SG Capital Europe Limited (SGCE) in London to participate in the development of this Société Générale group company, managing European private equity funds. In 2009, Bruno took part in the buy-out of SGCE by Syntegra Capital Investors Limited, London, of which he became a Partner and shareholder. He is a Master in Law (Université Libre Bruxelles, 1984). |

| Viviane Graffé - Chief Financial and Administration Officer |
| Viviane Graffé has joined BIP in January 2009 and is in charge of financial and administrative matters. She started her professional career as an auditor with a Big 4 accounting firm. She then joined a Luxembourg bank as internal auditor, to be promoted later to the rank of senior management. After that, Viviane spent eight years as CFO of two different start-ups, one in the software industry and one in the receivables finance sector. She holds a Masters degree in economics from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg (France) and is a former Luxembourg chartered auditor and chartered accountant. |

| Marc Cardinael - Investment Director |
| Marc Cardinael joined BIP in April 2001. Marc has a thorough industrial background in the automotive industry. During his 11 year international career with the Delphi Automotive Systems group, he headed a number of important international projects leading to successful production launches. Marc graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management from the Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. He holds a degree of Certified International Investment Analyst of the Zurich-based ACIIA organization. In 2007, Marc followed the International Executive Program at INSEAD, Paris. Marc is also the owner of several patents. |

| Jean Medernach, CPA - Investment Director |
| Jean Medernach joined BIP in January 2002. Jean has more than fifteen years experience with a Big 4 accounting firm. After 11 years in Luxembourg, he worked two years in Asia Pacific (Taiwan, Vietnam) and two years in the United States, where he specialized on financial services clients. A Certified Public Accountant by training, Jean has also extensive experience in Corporate Finance. Jean holds a Masters degree in Economics and a degree in Law from the Universitiy of Nancy II. |

| Olivier Meyers - Investment Director |
| Olivier Meyers has joined BIP in January 2005. Prior to joining BIP, Olivier held several positions as Senior Fund and Institutional Portfolio Manager, both with BGL Asset Management and Fortis Investments. Within BIP, he is managing public equity as well as treasury activities. Olivier holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Technology from ICHEC Business School in Brussels. |

| Natalia Sutugina - Investment Manager |
| Natalia Sutugina has joigned BIP in November 2007. Before joining BIP, Natalia worked in M&A for the largest mobile operator in Eastern Europe. Prior to this assignment, Natalia held equity research positions within UBS and Standard & Poor's. Within BIP, she works on the Private Equity opportunities. Natalia is a CFA charter holder and she received her MBA degree from McGill University in Montreal. |

| Aline Bapst - Private Equity Business Controller |
| Aline Bapst joined BIP in September 2011 as Private Equity Business Controller. Before joining BIP, Aline worked as an external auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm in Luxembourg and had an experience as an internal auditor for an industrial middle-sized company in France. She holds a master degree from EM Lyon Business School, specializing in corporate finance, accounting and business controlling. |
